We are an OUT of Network provider. We will provide you with a Superbill (receipt) to submit to your insurance company if requested. Please allow 48 hours after the session to complete.
Self-Pay Rates
- Initial Assessment 60-75 minutes $120
- Individual Session 50- 60 minutes $90
Accepted forms of pay:
A credit card is required to be placed on file to confirm your appointment and full pay is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards. We will be adding HSA/FSA soon.
If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of the appointment time and you will not be charged any fees. Late cancellations or no shows you will be responsible for the entire 90 fee.
